I'm unsure of the melody,but there really isn't a melody needed for the genre of trance your aiming for :P
sounds cool, if this is your first composition I'm jealous...I guess Reason 4 is a good program for your first to sound this good!

It's true that there isn't really a true lead line in this. The pad does a lot of the work. Everything kind of blends together to create a general melody. I'm still trying to figure out how to create a lead line that really stands out lol.
This isn't my first composition, but it's the first complete one. I highly recommend Reason. Everything inside of Reason makes perfect sense, and it's a really good direction to go because you'll be learning about how actual audio hardware and control voltage cabling works, which will also lead you to learning more about sound theory and synthesis in general. Atleast that's the direction I'm attempting to go in. Thanks for the review!

What is wrong with people, this is an amazing song.
Though it sounds more like a house track to me, its an amazing trance track too!
I love the...I dont know what its called but it sounds like its saying "Why Cant You See...Me." I like the sound of that, having vocals saying that would fit with the feel of the song.

this is really good, and sounds like real instruments throughout the whole song.

add a soft clipper to the kick because its clipping the littlest bit and bringing down the volume of that nice bass line you've got =)
I would say this is more trance because well its sounds trancey in a way.

Good Work, o yea for hardstyle you need some kind of..of.. Infectious intro melody to lead up to the masterpiece you created or a percussion intro would do with drums and noises that sound well together.
