well, i know they can [computer experts] but it would cost you a 150 euro's in europe...
anyways, i congratz you on your new laptop dude! :)
hope to hear something from you sooner or later when your back as in, fully back ^^
in america a true computer expert will cost a lot, an average guy whose a so called "expert" will charge 150+$ just to restore, so i said the hell with it and got a new laptop. I was able to fix mine for a little bit though :(
